Tested + for chlamydia. im on last day of doxycycline scrip (7 days). my symptoms of discharge, single teste swelling, and yellow/green semen gone. my teste still feels a bit firm and semen beige, will this resolve with time ?

It should. You can kill all the germs and still have left over irritation/ injury to structures from the damage they caused. Healing takes time. The duration of antibiotic treatment is based on the time needed to kill the germs, not resolve all symptoms.
