Get examined: "Purplish bumps" may not be abnormal, maybe just blood vessels, looking more prominent because of inflammation from gonorrhea or chlamydia. But genital herpes or warts might be possible as well. Presumably you saw a doctor, right? If not (e.g. if you arranged your own testing through a lab or on line), of if your doctor didn't examine you closely, return to the office right away. Good luck!
