Vertigo: You may have fluid affecting your inner ear. Many times antibiotics doesnt work. If vertigo continues consult an ENT specialist for the possible use of steroids to dry up the fluid and improve the vertigo

Vertigo: Vertigo has many causes but generally theres no pain with it. Sounds like you may have a middle ear infection which can cause pain and vertigo Antibiotics take 5 to 6 days to work. Drink lots of water. No alcohol. Hang in there. See an ENT if it doesnt get better
