Dizzy : Dizziness is a difficult symptom for the patient to describe. Are you lightheaded? - feeling like you are going to lose consciousness? This can be from anemia, circulation issues, low blood sugar. Not sure if you mean the Hemoglobin (Hg) level which is usually around 11-13 in children. It is rare Hg of 10 will cause dizziness in a 7-year-old. More information is needed.
