You should give us the Hb, MCV & MCH if these tests are done for the etiology of anemia. By these numbers, you do not have anemia due to hemolysis, multiple myeloma, less likely iron deficiency but chronic kidney disease-related anemia could not be ruled out. In early stage of CKD, erythropoietin level is still normal and it should be high if you have anemia due to non CKD related diseases.
