Can i possibly have hemolytic anemia with normal reticulocytes and ldh, but no haptoglobin, high mchc plus low alpha 2 globulin? currently i have itp and very low lymphocyte count. symptoms include shortness of breath, svt episodes, fatigue?

A man with hemolytic anemia could certainly have symptoms of fatigue and even shortness of breath. You will want to be sure your hematologist knows all of your symptoms and is sure your anemia is controlled.
