Alpha 1 globulin and haptoglobin are high in inflammatory states-, infection, autoimmune processes. What is your hematocrit or hemoglobin level? All this could be due to iron deficiency anemia especially if you have heavy periods, fibroids , vitamin deficiency .Also would need to check for colon disorder ( colonoscopy) ,. All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, there may be multiple issues: Acute inflammation, iron deficiency. Wish you good health!
