Eyelid twitching is a rather common occurrence often tied to eye strain or excessive caffeine intake & resolves on its own. Left arm and upper left breast discomfort could be of muscular or radicular ( from intervertebral spur or bulging disc) but more description of these symptoms is needed. Cardiac pathology is unlikely here. See your MD or a neurologist if symptoms persist.
