Costochondritis: You describe costochondritis, a form of rheumatism. It often improves with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen, naproxen, high dose aspirin, and others. The fatigue is a frequent accompanying symptom of all forms of rheumatism. The eye twitching is unrelated but very common.

Cough or trauma: A strenuous physical activity, or coughing or vomiting might cause chest wall pain. If there is twitching and fatigue check fever, might represent an infection. If so see a doc.
