Left eye has been twitching since yesterday, occasionally. today i felt mild pain at top of my left breast, occasionally as well, left eye still twitching today too. are they related? is this an issue? should i be worried?

Most likely you suffer left orbital myokymia, a benign and self-limited process, associated with eye strain, stress, lack of sleep, etc. Cannot relate the breast pain to the eye issues. If you are worried, have your doctor examine both.

These are unlikely to be related. Most likely the twitching (fasiculations) are secondary to too much caffeine, too little sleep or dry eyes. Have your breast evaluated separately. Drink less caffeine, get more sleep and use artifical tears. If not improved see an ophthalmologist
