I have been having random sharp cramps on the right side of my body, below my breast but on the side during the day today. after having supper i starting feeling numb and tiredness, going up to my neck and a minor numb feeling on my eye as well.

Varied symptoms: These varied and rather widespread symptoms may not be interrelated. Right sided lower chest distress may be gall bladder related. Its best to see a physician who will take a thorough history and system review, perform a physical examination and order appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis and/ or refer you to a specialist for further evaluation.
