Muscle twitches can happen from exercise or overexertion, lack of sleep, too much caffeine, dehydration, depletion of electrolytes through excess sweating, vitamin D or magnesium deficiencies, stress, and anxiety. If it keeps on happening you might go for a check up. By the way smoking is not good for you!
