Pectoralis: This sounds like you're having mild contractures/spasms of your pectoralis major vs minor. Oftentimes such symptoms will resolve as quickly as they appeared, so it would be reasonable to give it some time. If your symptoms persist after a few weeks i would recommend seeing a physician.
