Severe upper back left side muscle right behind the bone (maybe rhomboid) causing mild to severe chest and back pain and its happening very common lately with left eye twitches on and off for a while what can cause that and what to do for that pain ?

Neurologist: Upper back discomfort with radiation of symptoms to chest and also toward shoulder is often caused by a bulging disc in the intervertebral space or a spur pressing on a nerve root. A neurologist can evaluate you and order appropriate tests which may include an MRI of the upper back. Eye twitching would be unrelated and can be seen with eye strain or caffeine intake.
