Im having smelly cough , a already completed a course treatment of augmentin however there is still a smell on my cough , it started last year when i nearly aspirated my self and after that i developed fever and cough with foul smell?

You should start with an imaging study of your chest-either a chest x-ray or a CT scan-to see if there is anything there to account for your symptoms, like an abscess, pneumonia, etc. If there is nothing in your chest that explains your symptoms, have your dentist check to see if there is anything in your mouth to account for your symptoms-like a mouth abscess, tooth decay, etc. See your doctor!
