Little cough. no fever. i took augmentin, (amoxicillin and clavulanate) panadol, myteka and acefyl syrup. i feel short of breath. i am a smoker and have experienced this before.

COPD: Sounds like an exacerbation of chronic obstructive lung disease. A chest x-ray should be done to rule out pneumonia and pneumothorax. Your drugs do not include the 2 that are most effective: an inhaled bronchodilator such as albuterol, and a steroid, such as prednisone. Of course, it's critical that you not smoke while you're trying to get over an illness manifested by shortness of breath!
