Cough with foul odor , its started last year when i nearly aspirated after that incident i develop fever and cough with foul smell , i finished a treatment of augmentin and gets better, however there still a foul smell when im having cough now?

Assuming you mean foul breath odor, or odor of sputum (phlegm) you cough up, and lasting this long, you may have a rather serious infection, like bronchiectasis, lung abscess, necrotizing pneumonia, tuberculosis and more. See a doctor soon: expect an Xray and perhaps CT scan of your chest. Also start taking your temperature regularly to see if you have fever. Good luck.
