All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your doctor can order a protein electrophoresis if other clinical data warrants. You may take Vitamin D3 supplement, available over the counter. Wish you good health!

Can you tell us why you have these blood tests done? It is not easy to explain these results (high IgM, lamda and kappa portions but ratio is normal) in this limited space, especially we do not know why tests were done. For sure, your vitamin D level in the deficiency range (less than 20) and you will need supplement unless serum calcium is high. The red blood cell RDW of 11.5 is insignificant.
