The best over the counter medicine to help with menopause?

At age "33", menopause is generally not a factor, but if your periods are irregular or you are having long intervals between them, your GYN physician may need to evaluate your symptoms and use oral bcp's to control them. There is no really effective "over the counter" medication to assist with menopausal symptoms, as prescriptive therapy is usually necessary.
