Your diastolic pressure is mildly elevated for a person with advanced chronic kidney disease but base on your age and no history of DM or proteinuria, I do not put you on antihypertensive medication unless your heart function is poor with left ventricular EF less than 30%. You do not have HTN, DM,and proteinuria so I wonder what your CKD cause is. Is it heart disease, ADPKD, or nephrotoxic injury?

More than blood pressure your eGFR is of concern. You ought to consult a nephrologist to ascertain the cause of kidney insufficiency and prevent further deterioration. Visit this site for info: https://www.kidney.org/atoz/content/gfr Wish you good health!
