Today, i have a little bleeding when i wipe my bottom. colon cancer running in my family. should i be worried or could it be hemorrhoids? felt like i was having hemorrhoids this morning. please help?

You should see your doctor. Even if you have just hemorrhoids, bleeding from these can result in anemia. You should have a colonoscopy at an age 10 years younger the earliest age at which your family member was diagnosed with colon cancer. Wish you good health!
