History of constipation. fixed recently with water and fiber. hemorrhoids come and go since giving birth to 2nd baby. notice clear-pink mucus only when straining and when i wipe its on the tissue. i have no pain/blood. is this a sign of colon cancer?

I always had constipation my whole life. Had tests as a kid, all good. No history of colon cancer in my family. I did a FIT test at home , no blood in stool. I do have hemorrhoids that seem to swell then go down day to day. Colon cancer?
