This is not a common psychological condition, unless it is a rare conversion reaction, which isn't indicated from the question. Check with a neurologist for underlying changes in nerve function, but other than that, I don't know. Bruxism usually affects the teeth (wearing down) and jaw, neck, facial muscles (sore the next day)... but the tongue, like this? ???

Tongue tingling can be vitamin deficiency or allergy to foods, medication reaction like Diamox, nerve damage if recent dental procedure , rarely MS or stroke. If associated with metallic taste may be related to mercury poisoning ( can be caused by tooo much fish). Follow up with ENT/ neurology https://www.healthline.com/health/tingling-tongue#less-common-causes
