I had blister like ulcer inside my lips.doctor told me is not herpes.herpes usually appear outside mouth.he told it's maybe because of stress or anxiety.i don't any itch or pain.it just a single pimple appear and now it's disappearing.help?

Canker sore: canker sore AKA aphthous stomatitis is a common oral ulcer that has uncertain causes. it is thought to be a change in the immune system. There are many other possible types of oral ulcers related to inflammatory bowel, celiac disease, infections or immune diseases. Canker sores are often treated with topical steroids or topical pain relief, avoiding irritation and good oral hygiene. See your MD
