Nasal breathing : Deviated nasal septum is only one of the causes of diminished nasal breathing. Other causes include; enlarged turbinates, allergies, nasal valve obstruction.

Breathing woes: While turbinate hypertrophy and valve collapse may be a problem in someone with post-septoplasty breathing problems, it is also possible that the septum may have shifted or curled once again. A complete examination of your nose by your surgeon should help to determine the exact cause.
