Since 2 days ago i have had shortness of breath and then i noticed today i have my tonsils swollen and today in the morning i noticed a very little tiny pink blood on my saliva. i get it once a year. tonsil cancer pops up when i search it up?

You should not worry about tonsillar cancer. I am more concerned about the symptom of shortness of breath. Blood tinted exudate does present in acute tonsillitis but not shortness of breath. If you are still shortness of breath at this time, you should have Covid-19 test done.

Cancer is not the immediate thing that comes to mind. Do you have sore throat, cough, and/or fever? Goes Tylenol or Ibuprofen make you feel better? then most likely it is an infection. Shortness of breath suggests peritonsillar, or retropharyngeal abscess. Cancer does not pop up all of a sudden in2 days, and it does not come and go every year. I would recommend to see a doctor.
