CLA: Conjugated linoleic acids that come from meat and dairy products derived from plant eating animals. Has demonstrated some loss of fat and increase in muscle mass in some studies, but the only meta analysis done showed no real fat loss. I wouldn't bother with it. Eat healthy, watch your portions, and try to do some cardiovascular exercise. That will be much more effective than any diet pill.
