A member asked:

Is cla dangerous ? it did helped me lose weight but i'm worried about future serious side -effects

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not known: Conjugated linoleic acid (cla) supplements are not fda approved medications, so there probably isn't any good research to support sellers' claims of health benefits. It's even more unlikely for there to be any good research on its side effects. The safer way to lose weight is the natural way, without the variety of "supplements" sold in stores or on the internet.
