Why?: Vitamin d, in the proper amount, is fine. B12 won't be absorbed. Cla is a waste of money - so i'm not sure one answer is sufficient. Only way to lose weight is through diet and exercise, not pills/vitamins/supplements/magic food/etc. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet.
