Seeing your doc would be best. There are at least 2 things that need to be better understood, first your fever that may or may not be related to the second which is the stuck fishbone that will be unusual by itself to cause a fever. Your doc will be able to coordinate locally if the bone needs to be removed endoscopically.

The fever you have may be due to another cause aside from the swallowed fishbone, such as Covid-19, flu or another illness. Since you have a fever & possible problems with the fishbone I suggest you get a complete exam at an Urgent Care Center or Emergency Room as soon as possible. I wish you well with your health!
