You will not suffocate from your overeating escapade. You need to consult a nutritionist for healthy eating habits. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

Talk to your pediatrician as soon as possible, eating disorders from anorexia/ bulimia spectrum are always serious and may become life threatening, it is important to have a firm diagnosis and a plan as soon as possible and before serious complications occur.

You have taken the first step. You understand and admit that you have an eating disorder. Please seek appropriate support. You need to see a mental health professional for help to manage your disorder. Now you have to taken ownership of the concept that yourstarvation followed by binging cycle strains all off your organ systems.
