Get assessed: You sound like you may have a viral illness that has caused you to be extremely dehydrated. I would recommend you see a physician as soon as possible for thorough physical exam, ruling out more concerning issues, as well as possibly receiving fluids. Sick: I would go see your doctor or head to an er asap for evaluation, fluids and blood work. If it has been a week you might be getting severely dehydrated and be in serious danger. Go get help.
