Need to see doctor: I presume that you are pregnant and this may cause acid reflux leading to the sensation of shortness of breath and throat irritation. However you do need to see your doctor to find out. When you said your lungs hurt, do you mean just the area under the breastbone (sternum) or other parts of the lungs? The former would be compatible with reflux as well.
