I delivered my baby 3 mons ago. 1 month ago, i started having slight pain when pooping. sometimes there is light blood on the tp after wiping, and red spots in my stool. (that only happened twice.) is this from hemeroids? when will these go away?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, as bleeding from hemorrhoids can result in anemia and hemorrhoids are treatable. Wish you good health!
