Small amounts of red blood in stool and red blood on toilet paper when i wipe. can i assume this is just hemorrhoids? no other symptom, only 26 yr old

Maybe hemorrhoids...: ...but you can't assume it. That's probably the most common cause, but other things are possible. Mostly not serious, but don't take the chance; see your doctor.
