It looks normal except a slightly low MCH. Hb of 12.4 is still in normal limit (on the low side of normal range) for female but it will be better if you have one blood test in the previous year to compare. If your Hb was much higher in the previous year, you may have iron deficiency at this time. I wonder the last couple words "9/12 bacterial pneumonia" mean you had test done for that diagnosis.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that,there is not cause for concern about your results. You may take oral iron and multivitamins to improve your iron stores that may normalize your platelet count. Wish you good health!
