Had a normal x ray for wrist pain but mri shows early stages of keinbocks disease. is there anyway to slow or stop the progression of this disease and will surgery make it go away permanently? what can i do now to stop or slow the progression now?

If this process goes untreated and progresses it causes rather severe arthritis and loss of function of the wrist. I recommend consulting a hand specialist at a department of hand surgery at a university hospital near you for evaluation, any appropriate treatment and followup.
