Yes. The inflammation may resolve. If small enough, the modus for the infection may be digested by your Immune system. Other times the inflammation goes down but the cyst persists. Only to flare up again in the future If it’s gone away and doesn’t bother you just watch it. If it keeps bothering you or keeps coming back to see a doctor.
