29 female, overweight with sleep apnea. I do light exercise. My resting heart rate on oximeter is in the 50s, oxygen levels are normal. Normally HR it's in the 60s-90s. Echo and EKG are normal. Should I be worried?
Feel great. Heart checks out, no resp infections. Noticed o2 saturation drops to 89 at night. Have sleep apnea. This the cause? Daytime is 94-95
44 year old obese female. Heart palps and insomnia. At-home sleep study results "no apnea, normal O2, snoring" Lowest O2 was 79, average 95, highest HR 220 (!), average HR 56. I'll be seeing a sleep dr soon but hoping someone could weigh in. Thanks?
