I expect so: I'm glad your heart work-up was normal and that you'll be treated for whatever the sleep study finds. It's a prime suspect for the soreness and you'll discover that soon if it is guilty. Consider a carefully planned exercise program to develop your chest muscles with the guidance of the sleep team. I believe they'll know of a good one. Best!
