Just for supplement, not treating Vitamin A deficiency, dose of 10,000 mcg a day is too high. The maximally recommended supplement dose is 3,000 mcg or 10,000 IU, daily. If rash is suspected due to the current vitamin A supplement, you may need to change to a different brand. High dose of vitamin A is not the reason for the rash.

10000 mcg of vit A is about 30000 units. 25000 units a day can cause toxicity. Skin changes are a symptom of vit A toxicity. Please check with your pharmacist to validate this.
