Lately my both hand swell every morning aching my bone (borh hand). one of my middle finger swollen and hurt constantly. do i need vitamin c? or?

?: Could be some type of rheumatoid arthritis but cannot tell over the internet osteoarthritis can cause this also i doubt that vit c will do much good by itself might be a good idea to see a doctor about this.
