Alk phos: Some young healthy people have a slightly elevated alk phos. Bone disorders as well as liver disease can elevate that enzyme. Fatty liver or alcohol ingestion may be factors. Since your level is only mildly elevated, and if you're healthy and because other liver enzymes are normal, repeat the test in a few weeks. A hepatologist can advise you best if the level remains elevated.
