Yes, no contraindication if your heart rate is well controlled. Preferably, you should discuss with your cardiologist.

As a cardiologist and internist you ask a great question. It is safe to take Viagra with AFib. I'd wonder more if the metoprolol is causing sexual side effects? Perhaps you can be on an alternate class of medicine. Also a high dose Viagra can lower your blood pressure some and you don't want to exhibit reflex tachycardia so start at a lower dose and monitor your response on such bp meds.
