No clear abnormality: Sinus rhythm is the normal heart rhythm seen on the electrocardiogram and "sinus arrhythmia" the normal variability of the heart rate, usually with breathing. "Possible left atrial enlargement " refers to questionable abnormality of the P waves in the electrocardiogram. These findings are of no significance unless accompanied by abnormal findings on examination.
