What are the ways to get rid of carpal boss on hand? i have one on my left hand and the bump itself is pretty painful, but so is the area around it, so i'm wondering what are the options to get rid of it and which ones are the most effective?

You seem a little young for a carpal boss. Have you gotten an x-ray? Could be a ganglion. I would let your orthopedist look at it and then decide how to proceed.
