I have diverticulosis, i ended up getting covid so just took vitamins and ate small amounts of salad so stomach had something, i'm now having diverticulitis pain so bad it hurts to move.any ideas on how to ease the pain and make it stop?

You immediately need to see a doctor or be evaluated at an emergency facility. You are describing severe abdominal pain worse on even moving. If this is acute diverticulitis, then you will need to be on clear liquids for 24 hours and will need antibiotic. One of the risks of untreated diverticulitis is perforation ( rupture ) of the diverticulum which may need surgery. So you need to address this.

The assumption is that you have diverticulitis. You should see a doctor but there are other reasons for abdominal pain.
