Gas, bloating, bad stomach pains that radiate to back, bright red blood in stool sometimes normal ultrasound. what can it be? gastitis? diverticulitis

Unlikely gastritis: Bright red blood is usually associated with disease of the left colon such as diverticulitis or hemorrhoids, but the latter is not typically associated with gas bloating. See your internist for an evaluation.
