I am trying to heal my diverticulitis flareups naturally is it ok to take ginger root,vitamin d,grapefruit extract,apple vinegar through out the day?

It is unlikely that: these natural products will harm you. Grapefruit extract can interfere with other medicines you might be taking but on its own is OK. Vitamin D can be toxic at extremely high levels. Limiting your intake to less than 2500 IU/day is advisable. Ultimately the acidic content of vinegar will put a workload on your kidneys but in reasonable quantity is probably OK. Ginger should be OK.

Abdominal Pain : If you have abdominal pain in the setting of known diverticular disease and or fever or chills present immediately for an exam by MD. Do not try to heal yourself with herbs because you are safest with a proper examination.
