What you are feeling are likely to normal structures, e.g. epiglottis. If you do not have symptoms, quit pushing your finger down your throat. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

Please stop. What you are feeling are probably normal anatomic structures. Your untrained manipulation can cause serious harm to otherwise healthy tissues. See your General Physician or an Ear/Nose/Throat specialist. If your practitioner feels there is reason for further investigation, (s)he will discuss specifics with you.
